ATM/Visa Debit Card
Lost or Stolen Debit Cards; please call 816-658-3938. After normal banking hours call 800-264-5578.
Need some cash and the bank is closed? Stop by our ATM at the Adrian, Butler, Cleveland or Drexel Branch and access your account any time. Use your debit card
with all the conveniences of a credit card.
- ATM machines located at our Adrian, Butler, Cleveland and Drexel locations
- ATM usage is free at our locations - Fees may be charged when used at other ATMs
- No Foreign ATM charge at ATM's with the MONEY PASS logo
- Use your debit card just like a credit card at most retail locations. All the convenience of a credit card without the credit card bill. Transactions will come directly from your checking account.
- The card is free for the first 3 months - $1.00 per month maintenance fee will apply after 3 months
Bank by Mail
Too busy to go to the bank? Or maybe your work schedule just won’t
allow it. You can bank by mail.
- All mail deposits are processed the day of receipt
- Receipts are mailed back to you the same day
Cashiers Checks/Money Orders
When a personal check isn’t accepted and you don’t want to
carry around a lot of cash, stop by Citizens Bank for a Money Order or
Official Bank Cashiers Check. They work just like cash.
- $2.00 charge per money order
- $5.00 charge per cashiers check
- Can be used just like a credit card at all retail locations.
- Gift cards available from $20.00 to $750.00
- Great for gifts or trips.
- A $5.00 processing fee will apply to each card purchased.
Direct Deposit

We have a notary available at all times to notarize those important documents

- Notary fee is $2.00 per document for non-customer

pocket watch? Keep them in a Safe Deposit Box at any of our bank locations.

Stop Payments
Not satisfied with a job that you’ve already paid for? Or have you
lost your checkbook or maybe even had it stolen. Just come by one of our
locations and put a stop payment on a check or even a whole book of checks
if necessary.
- Stop payments may be given orally or in writing
- May be requested online
- If orally or online, they must be confirmed in writing within 14 days
- A stop payment in writing is valid for 6 months
- They must be for the exact amount of item
- $10.00 charge per item
